Reverse Channel Letters

When selecting a channel letter sign, reverse channel letters are used by clients who want an impactful, classy look for their signage. They are mounted away from the wall so that the light forms a halo behind them, which is why they’re often called “halo”or “backlit” letters.

Reverse channel letters have a metal face instead of an acrylic one. They’re also fitted with aluminum returns. Reverse lit channel letters, as they’re otherwise known, typically have clear Lexan or polycarbonate backs. The distance that they’re mounted from the building enables the halo of illumination around each individual character, helping the reverse lit channel letters to stand out.
